3. Licenses and Activations

LPB Piso WiFi licenses are subject to the following terms:

• Licenses are non-refundable once activated
• Each license is tied to a specific machine or device
• License transfers are subject to verification and approval
• Trial licenses are provided as-is and may have limited functionality
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms

4. Payments and Credits

All payments and credit transactions are subject to the following:

• Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed through authorized payment channels
• Credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable except through platform features
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Resell or redistribute services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the services without permission

6. Machine Management

You are responsible for the physical maintenance and security of your Piso WiFi machines. LPB Piso WiFi provides software and management tools but is not liable for hardware failures, theft, damage, or connectivity issues related to your machines or internet service provider.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPB Piso WiFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
